Description
 Sci-Fi Saturday is a UK compilation of three discs that were given away in successive Saturday editions of The Star newspaper.;- Disc 1: contains three previously televised programs from popular series
- Battlestar Galactica - The Lost Warrior episode
- Buck Rogers In The 25th Century - the Vegas In Space episode
- Quantum Leap - Star Crossed
- Disc 2 contains theme music for Star Wars (A New Hope), Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Joe 90, Captain Scarlet, and The X-Files together with a further eight bonus tracks.
- Disc 3 contains the following Arcade Games, all of which are clones/variants of popular titles. They are all played with a keyboard, can be played by one or two people and have high score tables and sound, they are;
- Roids: This is an Asteroids clone with solid looking rocks and alien space craft.
- Space Raiders: This is a Space Invaders variant
- Hopper: A Frogger game but instead of taking a frog across roads and rivers the player is guiding a robot home while avoiding similar obstacles
- Bounce & Break: This is a Breakout-like game where the player has to keep a ball on play until it has hit and destroyed a pattern of coloured blocks
- Light Racer: A TRON style Light Cycle game
- Bubble Puzzle: A Bust-A-Move variant where the player uses a bubble canon to clear a pattern of coloured bubbles
- Gobbler: This is a Pac-Man variant played on a steel grid floating in space.
- Laser Command: This is a Missile Command game in which the player has two laser towers to shoot incoming flying saucers which are trying to kill out robots
The first disc came in a three panel, card, gatefold holder intended to hold the full set. Weeks two and thee came in a separate card slipcases
This collection of games was released commercially as Retro for Windows and PlayStation 2.
