This story takes place in the headquarters of the association "Umwelt 2000", where an international video conference is to be held in the afternoon

But suddenly, all the lines are down. Could it be an accident – or willing sabotage?

The Telekom is contacted, and immediately, a white service wagon is sent out.

With the ladder and your trusty tool kit, you can mend the lift.

You reach the fourth floor and talk to the errand boy, who is absorbed by his "Klotztris" game.

In the video conference room, a French woman and an Englishman are waiting.

She gives you the fax list with confirmations that must be sent to the other participants. But the fax line is down!

Here is the fax and a top modern PC. But someone has deleted the operating system.

You borrow a system floppy from the in-house programmer.

You find the telephone switch, but it has been put out of order.

In the accounting office, you find a BTX (videotel) terminal.

You open the air duct in the cellar to reach the sealed-off third floor, but first you must have the plans for the building so you know where to crawl.

After having acquired the plans via modem and printed them out, you find that they are in French. Thankfully, you can ask the French conference participant for help.

The third floor has been occupied by the criminal organisation S.T.Ö.R.

You need to falsify a letter using this copying machine.
