The Elves have lived in seclusion ever since the monstrous terror brought by their god Gallean. Repulsed by the worldly ways the Elvish Royalties live, another group of Elves breakaway from the Elvish Queen and lavish lifestyles to return to the Wilder Origins of the Elf.
Now arises an unsuspected threat. The undead creatures of Mortis are swarming the once peaceful Elvish forests. The oracle receives visions from a distant unknown god. Has Gallean returned? Destiny calls once again: the time has come to rally the remnants of the Elves and bring them to their former glory once again.
Rise of the Elves is a stand-alone expansion of Disciples II, which adds the Elvish Alliance as a new race to the already existing races in Disciples II which introduces among others 33 Elvish units, 24 new magic spells, and new neutral units.
The original Disciples II is included in this package, which totals to four campaigns from its predecessor and one new campaign from Rise of the Elves to choose from.
