In Discovery! A Seek and Find Adventure, the hidden object genre gets adapted into a TV game show format. The player is one of this show's three contestants. As in any other hidden objective game, the player has a picture cluttered with objects, and has to find certain specific objects. Each picture is based on a location in the world, that is randomized when the show begins. There is six international locations, and six US cities available. The game is not on time, but the player still has to be quicker than his two opponents to win. The contestants get money for each object they find. The amount of money they are awarded for each object depends on a wheel that is spinned before it begins.
Between each round of the hidden object game, the player gets to play different mini games that are randomized every time. For example, there is one memory game where the player has to flip price tags, and a game where the player has to grab money falling from the sky.
After defeating his opponents, the player gets to play the US Road Trip Jackpot round. Here the player has five minutes to find 10 objects, one at a time, in the six US locations. In total, the game contains six episodes with 20 contestants.
