It is the one of the three Sunstorm Duke/Blood addons I'm getting the most mixed signals on the quality of and the other thread I created seems to mostly have evolved into talk about the other two (Duke Nukem) ones so I've decided to split it off onto a thread here as well to try and get some advice about its quality.

It has three very favorable critic reviews, one very poor critic review (a 40 versus the other three in the 80-90 range), and a single so-so user review, giving me a very cloudy picture to interpret due to the lack of a consensus this shows.
