The copy of UEFA Euro 96 England that I own is a DOS only game. There are no files on the disk that are designed for use with any version of windows.

Which means there was either a second release of the game or there was never a windows version.

I can not find a copy of the game on eBay or any other box covers in order to verify that Windows was ever listed as a supported OS. My conclusion is that this was a DOS only release.
