El principio del fin

The Good
BASS Software did what a lot of us dreamed of, creating a game which involved school teachers and high school situations. It isn't a great technological effort as it is very amateur, but the entire game is charming,i passed half of the game reminding my old school days. The authors of the game also offered they phone number with the readme file to offer hints or spoilers for free (i phoned Luis Aguilar Mateo, one of the programmers) that was really nice by their part, a shame their company is defunct (they were making a great sierra-style adventure!) The best point of the game is with no doubt the humor and the dialogues, they are a parody of the programmers teachers. The game also includes an in-game screen-saver which activates if it detects no actions in one minute.

The Bad
I found out of place the sports part (i almost kill myself pressing the bloody keys at speed-light!) you had to pass the sports exam with your keyboard (surely my fingers got more muscled after this...) that was something real annoying and very hard.

The Bottom Line
Have you ever dreamed of making an adventure game about your high school? If you didn't manage to, BASS Software did it, if you can read spanish and can get a copy of that game, you may have a good time playing 'El principio del fin'.
