TriviaFallout 76: B.E.T.A. also known as the Break-It Early Test Application of the 2018 game Fallout 76 is a work-in-progress beta version of the complete game using input from the players in getting the game ready for launch and stress-testing the Bethesda game servers for stability. During a three/four hour interval depending on the console the full game and world are available, as well as all (side)quests and functions. After the play-time interval hits the limit, the server is once again shut down. Depending on the console, multiple sessions are planned with feedback by the players into the proper realization of bug-fixing and play-ability. Pre-loading the B.E.T.A. was available 2/3 days ahead of release, depending on the console.
Participation in the B.E.T.A. was only possible for people who pre-ordered Fallout 76 either digitally or physically through certain retailers.
