According to some commentators on the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vx8OpugC9X0 the secret level also exists in the Apple II version. Has someone who played it can confirm this? I couldn't find a video of it but here's a website that claims the 8-bit Apple II and Apple II GS versions have it as well: http://www.whatisthe2gs.apple2.org.za/marble-madness/

The secret level exists in all of the Will Harvey conversions. The Atari ST, DOS, C64, Apple ][, and Apple //GS versions all include it.
