The graphics really reflect the cartoon show well, but the music is a bit repetitive. The cartoon's theme song is a lot of fun, but not when it's being played over and over in the first level. Play controls is solid but goals and objectives are sometimes unclear and things get boring and repetitive very quickly. Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends makes a better cartoon show than a video game.
IGN (Nov 22, 2006)
Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends has a great look to it, and a few interesting gameplay elements, but it ultimately falls short. The levels are too specific to one element and slightly too long to be a fun kids game. The game looks nice at a glance, with good character designs, but there's not a lot of movement coming from them. Foster's isn't the worst game ever, but it's definitely a skipable one.
