There's a SAM Coupe port of this game. I tried to add it, but I was told a separate entry would be better, as it added 40 new levels (while including the original 20).

However the GBA port here does feature some extra levels (see screens).

Yes, it seems the GBA version should be split.

If extra levels is the only difference, why can't we just add this short line into the description? I don't see a reason for a split.

That's exactly what I replied to approver.
Over the years we've been grouping ports and re-releases very inconsistently. If adding a trinket into a box warrants a "special edition" entry for current games, we should split the enhanced CD-ROM releases of floppy games (even if this only meant adding speech or animated intro). See: System Shock, Wolfpack, A-10 Tank Killer: Version 1.5
We should go even further and split the ports to, say, 8-bit and 16-bit groups, because they usually don't look very similar.
