The Global Dilemma: Guns or Butter screenshots

The continents, provinces and enemies are randomly created for each game. In expert level, continents are huge and home to seven nations.

The key menu: Allocate workers to industries to balance military and social production.

Industries are linked in production chains, requiring resources and distributing goods to several manufactories.

Tactical phase: the game automatically deploys new troops to provinces, you move them to key spots.

Movement phase: Troops march to their destinations.

In the expert level, nations can form unions. You pick an enemy; the diagram to the right shows which leaders are likely to join an union against that nation.

Diplomacy results: The leaders expressions show their feelings towards your union.

Victory! Yay!
