Ground Control: Dark Conspiracy is an expansion pack for Ground Control. Set after the ending of the base game, it continues the story of Major Sarah Parker who must enlist a group of mercenaries to help her escape from the planet of Krig-7b.

For a limited time, starting on 1 December 2000, Ground Control: Dark Conspiracy was available from shop.sierra.com for free (you only had to pay for shipping). This offer has since expired.
Online servers
The game's online servers (which were hosted on World Opponent Network, or WON) were shut down on 1 November 2008 in the wake of WON's total closure.
