Honor of Kings

Honor of Kings is an online multiplayer strategy game in the MOBA/ARTS genre. It was created for the Chinese market and the content is not identical to the later international version Arena of Valor. The core gameplay is similar to League of Legends. Players control a strong hero and kill other player characters and AI opponents to gain gold and experience, to level up the character or further augment abilities, with gold used to buy items at a shop. There is a tug of war around controlling and knocking down defensive turrets that spawn minions and the overall goal is to destroy a core building in the enemy base.

Different game modes are supported such as a stand-alone offline mode and online multiplayer games that are played 1v1, 3v3 or 5v5. Battles against AI opponents are also supported. The game requires either a Tencent QQ account or a WeChat account. Cross-platform multiplayer is supported if players use an identical account type.
