I Wanna See You Suffer

I Wanna See You Suffer, as a fangame for I Wanna Be The Guy, is an extremely difficult platformer that takes inspiration from classic 80's games. Where it differs from its predecessor is in just how difficult it is - IWSYS was designed to frustrate and anger players, and as such deliberately takes many of the original game's traps and makes them as difficult and unfair to navigate as possible.

Though not detailed in the game itself, the story is said to be that the Kid, the protagonist of the original game, has become mentally broken by the difficulty of I Wanna Be The Guy and its many other fangames, and is now a masochist. His new quest, through the enigmatic Torture Fort, is one in which pain is the sole goal.
