Impossaball
- Impossaball (1987 on ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC)
Description
This freeware remake of the arcade game from 1987 replaces the old 2D bitmap graphics with fully 3D-rendered levels and obstacles. The player controls a ball going from one end of a corridor to the other, guiding it through the path and bouncing it over traps, spikes, moving objects and other dangerous scenery features that puncture the ball and end the game. The sphere casts a shadow on the checkered ground pattern, that can be used to aim it and land with precision at any point of the terrain. The main objective of each level is to crush all the cylinders on the corridor within a time limit, to open the exit to the next one. An extra life is added after each 10,000 points.
