John Gore, for reasons not adequately explored, is trapped in a dangerous area ("Hardland") and appears to be a minifig (eg. a Lego figure). There are no specific environmental hazards to jeopardize him, but lots of monsters -- in fact, an endlessly-spawning series of them, some small, some big, some massive, some flaming, and so forth. In this stickless dual-stick shooter, John's goal is to avoid being touched by the monsters (at least, not more than three times, his health gauge's full measure) but to touch them -- with the hot lead pouring ceaselessly from the barrel of his firearm.

Sporadically John retrieves spawned bonuses and upgrades, some of which boost his firepower temporarily, and others of which briefly turn him into an unstoppable animal tank of carnage. But ultimately, the monster swarm overwhelms him. The player's job is just to string it along for as long as possible.

A wide array of custom skins and associated abilities are available for in-app purchase.
