Strawberry Shortcake: Berry Rush

Strawberry Shortcake: Berry Rush is a 3D auto-run platformer based on the Strawberry Shortcake franchise. The player gets to control different characters as they are unlocked, shown from a behind view, running through an endless environment that is randomized for design and item placement for each session. There are three lanes and swipes steer the character left or right. Swiping up and down is used to jump over obstacles or glide below them respectively, but most of the obstacles need to be dodged. There are flowers that launch the character in the air and bridges as well. Environments include a beach, a garden and an area with snow. Obstacles change based on the type of environment.

Along the way it is possible to collect strawberries and coins. There are also power-ups such as double fruit, a rainbow bridge with additional fruit, a watering can for growing a flower with additional coins and transforming into a butterfly to fly and collect coins on a higher level. Coins are used to unlock additional characters, puppies that provide perks, and upgrades for the power-ups.

The mobile version is largely identical and is also free, but contains additional features and in-app purchases. There are different types of fruit to collect and buy and they can be used to create cupcakes, regular cakes, ice-cream and special cakes. After unlocking it and creating the recipe it is possible to decorate them and take a picture. Finished products can be sold for coins. Additionally it is possible to collect, earn or buy sticker packs. Sticker packs unlock items of a sticker book, one for each of five characters: Strawberry Shortcake, Orange Blossom, Cherry Jam, Butterfly Muffin and Lemon Meringue. There are additional playable characters in the game such as Raspberry Torte, Plum Pudding and Huckleberry Pie. Sticker packs contains stickers but also decorations for the book. In the mobile version coins can also be spent on additional outfits. There are daily missions with objectives and rewards and the possibility to continue a run after it ends by spending coins or watching an advertisement.

In-app purchases include additional coins, character and puppy unlocks (also in a large pack), and different types of sticker packs.
