Gameplay The Fall of Sant' Antonio is first episode of season 1 in the mystery adventure series following detective Jade Rousseau as the protagonist. It is a hidden object game which features full voice-acting and dialogue choices seen in regular adventure games. The game doesn't feature load option and uses autosave at specific locations within the game. During your investigation you will have to click on a specific object to perform an action (i.e. click on the computer to use it, or click on the door to your boss' office to enter and talk to him), with the game giving you a hint as to what to do next by clicking on the question mark in the lower left corner. In the lower right corner is your cellphone which is used for hints during hidden-object mode, giving you one hint per signal charging on your mobile which fills in intervals of about 30 seconds. Sometimes you will pick up certain key items which you can then use by clicking on your inventory to select the item you want to use, and then clicking on the object you want to use it on. Solving puzzles requires you to either figure some contraption or put the pieces of a broken object or a shredded paper together. All puzzles can be skipped after the time bar gets filled at the top of the screen.
Story The intro starts with you driving toward a small Italian mountain village in search of some solitude while trying to distance herself from the events from the recent past. On your way to your new police station you have an accident and your car steers off road and into the ravine. By a sheer luck you manage to get out unscathed, and as the rescue crew and local police arrive at the scene, you meet with your new partner, David. The moment you report to your new boss you start investigating the case of a break-in into the very same police station you are working at. Not long after, you get a mysterious call from an unknown person telling you that something is afoot at the abbey of St. Antonio and that you should go and investigate. On a hunch, and with a partner, you go there and stumble upon what seems like a covered up murder, which in turn ends up being a lot more than you were expecting from such a secluded place.
