Description

The Madden series makes it way on to the 3DO. This NFL licensed football game now sports digitized player animations and 3D rendered stadiums. The game features 38 teams which include the 28 1993 NFL teams, eight all-time great teams since 1972, and the All-Madden & Madden Greats teams. Modes include preseason, regular season, playoffs, and all time playoffs.

The game also features over 100 video clips of memorable NFL team moments which can be viewed while examining a teams scouting report. Short video clips also appear during a game, such as when a referee makes a call or when a team scores a touchdown.

Options include choosing the quarter length (5, 10, or 15 minutes), whether to play on grass, turf, or in a domed stadium, and whether the weather is fair, windy, rainy, snowy, or has variability.
