Joystick Microchess is a chess game for one or two players. The game can be fully controlled with Joysticks and allows play against the AI or multiplayer on the same computer or via phoneline connection.

Legal Troubles
When periodical PET Gazette were promised a copy of this program it was never received even after being guaranteed twice by the owner of Microtronix. Another reader of the PET Gazette also mentioned never receiving the game. Later they started selling a new chess game that was allegedly based off code from another party who tried to get a distribution deal with Microtronix.
