Description
When playing in the forest with her brother Row, Lilly sees him get caught in a piece of red fabric and whisked away into the distance on a powerful wind. Armed with a set of magical goggles that allows her to see back in time, she must travel through the forest and save her brother.
Lilly Looking Through is the first game from independent studio Geeta Games. It is presented with hand-drawn backgrounds and animations from a third-person perspective. You control the main character Lilly and must solve a variety of simple puzzles to keep progressing to the next area. There is no inventory, with all puzzles solved by manipulating the environment, adjusting the time between past and present, and sometimes using an object on the same screen as it is found. There are background music and sound effects, and there is full voice acting. The game saves automatically at the beginning of each short chapter, with no in-chapter saving allowed.
