I just upgraded my ancient p4 1.5ghz PC with a ATI x1050 and thought I'd give it another try.

Wow, 2 whole days futzing with drivers just to get either KOTOR game to work. I finally found the ATI Removal tool, installed the Visiontek drivers instead of the ATI.AMD.com drivers and it works.

Its nuts. DirectX games work fine with the ATI drivers, but anything OpenGl? Nope.

I was also hoping that Team-Giza would have released their update, but they seem to be on a minor hiatus.

Oh well. Off to be one with the force.
