Lula Online is a Flash-based online game from the Lula series. Your goal is to create an empire of pornography and porn legend Lula guides you through the process. You start out with one floor to run your business. The game is split into chapters, each with sub-chapters, and each sub-chapter has a set of goals that must be completed to move onto the next. You must hire female models and male assistants to make your dream a reality. Productions earn money in the form of credits, which can be used to buy new things, such as building new rooms and hiring new models and assistants. More floors can be purchased with credits, and each floor can fit 6 rooms. Types of rooms include apartments for models, chat rooms, photo studios, video studios, server rooms, web design, photo labs, and escort rooms. Some rooms have different types, such as amateur, professional, and premium, and also a level, depending on how up-to-date and high quality the equipment inside is. Better equipment can be purchased using credits.

The player and models also have levels, and the models stats for each kind of production can be altered whenever they level up. When the player levels up, they can sometimes gain access to new things, such as new types of rooms. There is also another form of in-game currency, originally known as Lula Dollars and later changed to Lula Diamonds, that can be used to purchase premium items. Lula Diamonds can be bought with real money, but can also occasionally be earned in-game.
