I don't recall, but searching a bit came up with a couple of WH40k vehicles in one of the RA games, causing a stir, though they got removed by EA:

Someone made a page listing all RA2 vehicles, I doubt there's anybody complaining:

(I know that some aircraft manufacturers don't want their brands seen in games, possibly showing that their planes could get shot down. Usually they use something similar as a replacement, changing the names or models altogether.)
