Fusillade

Fusillade is an action game where the player is the last person stuck on Planet Fusill and has to defend one of it's cities from kamikaze looters who try to steal jewels, the planet's power source. The game is a top down shooter where the player moves around a maze and has to prevent the enemies from getting away with the jewels that are located in the center of the maze. The enemies enters the maze from all directions and the player simply has to shoot them down before they are able to steal the jewels and escape. For each jewel that the enemies manage to get away with the planet will lose some of it's power. When all enemies have been killed the player advances a level and more, different and faster enemies appear.

When the player's energy is full he can withstand five enemy hits and three collisions before dying. Energy increases proportionally depending on how many jewels are still left at the end of a level. Energy is drained throughout each level and whenever the player is hit. The game is over when all of the energy is gone. Scoring is based on enemies killed and jewels defended. A killed enemy is worth three points and a rescued jewel is worth one extra point. At the end of each level the player also gets one point for every remaining jewel. For every 200 points scored the player gets one extra jewel (as long as he has less than the starting eight).
