Leisure Suit Larry's Greatest Hits and Misses! is a compilation featuring all games in the Leisure Suit Larry series released up to that point. It includes:

• Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards
• Leisure Suit Larry 1: In the Land of the Lounge Lizards
• Leisure Suit Larry Goes Looking For Love (In Several Wrong Places)
• Leisure Suit Larry III: Passionate Patti in Pursuit of the Pulsating Pectorals!
• Leisure Suit Larry 5: Passionate Patti Does a Little Undercover Work!
• Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up Or Slip Out - only includes the original version with no speech

Also included are the following bonuses:

• The Laffer Utilities
• Larry's Big Score (previously included as part of Take a Break! Pinball)
• Leisure Suit Larry's Casino (an earlier, completely different game from the 1998 one; this one features minigames from previous Larry games)
• Softporn Adventure (the DOS remake)
• Video interviews with series creator Al Lowe
• My Scrapbook (booklet featuring info about the series and games, as well as photos of the games' original documentation for copy protection purposes)
• Demo version of Freddy Pharkas: Frontier Pharmacist

The GOG version of the collection features the aforementioned main games, as well as including the SVGA talkie version of Shape Up or Slip Out. The only bonuses from the original collection that were retained for this release are Softporn and a scanned version of My Scrapbook, but it also features scans of the original manuals and included documentation of the original games, as well as the hintbooks. Also included are wallpapers and avatar pictures featuring some of the series' original artwork.
