The wow factor of the South Park liscence tends to die out pretty quickly for me. Although, hardcore South Park fans will probably dig the lines and mini games for eons to come. It would have been nice to see a bit more variety in the games and questions to increased the longevity of the game. Like sex, Luv Shack is not designed to be a single player game. It's a party title and should be treated that way. If you and your buds are into entertaining on a regular basis with the ultimate party machine (N64) than you ought to check this out. If you're having a bash this weekend or soon, rent this thing. Hey, take this game for what it really is, It's a real laugh!

Overall, I like South Park: Chef's Luv Shack. Yes, it has its bugs, but my friends and I had a great time playing it. If you are a fan of the show, pick this game up. If you are not a fan of the show, you probably will not miss anything.

This is a game that you may want to rent, but the repeating questions, repeating speech, and dull minigames keep it from being a game you'd want to pop in whenever you need a simple party-style game.

Si vous maîtrisez l'américain argotique, essayez-le. Sinon, South Park Luv Shack n'a aucun intérêt.
Fans of South Park might think a trivia game with the South Park characters would be a fun way to wile away the hours, but they won't think that for long after playing Luv Shack. The game contains the voices from the TV series, and has plenty of references to previous TV shows, but other than that, the core of the game is an insipid trivia game with only the saving grace of a few decent minigames. Four people can play as Cartman, Stan, Kenny or Kyle, and Chef hosts the show. The questions range from the obvious to the most obscure. However, the minigames do offer a bit of fun for four people, although not quite enough to make the game worthwhile. The game is currently out on all platforms, and while the Nintendo version is by far the best (because of the virtual lack of load times), it still isn't a very entertaining game. Even South Park fans might want to avoid this one.
Consoles Plus (Mar, 2000)
