I have most of the formulas used for investment, production, supply, and supply satisfaction. I'm still chasing this one. I know the difference in the amount of loyalty among officers is due to a loyalty attribute which is not displayed. But I could isolate that if I knew the formula itself. Also looking for the food calculation when the Taxation command is used. I figured out the gold: 10% of the population, rounded down, plus the Industrial and Commercial ratings. But this one is also tough.
