Micro News (Dec, 1991)
Confira!

Rollergames has its flaws but still makes for an fun afternoon. I can honestly say I was not expecting much from it but came away surprised. A little more work could have made Rollergames great but Konami deserve props for making something so obscure entertaining.
8-bit Central Retro Gaming (2014)
RollerGames initially turned me off since the controls seemed funky (my fault) and the setting had been removed from the roller derby track and set in the streets. It seemed like a fighting game clinging to the popularity of roller derby. Once I got over that, RollerGames is a slick combo of genres with great graphics and sound along with an interesting mix of side scrolling obstacles and vicious fights.
All Game Guide (1998)
Have you seen this before? Yes. Have you seen variety like this in other games? Probably. But there's something about RollerGames that makes it appealing. Perhaps it's the combination of roller skating and Double Dragon. Perhaps it's the silly-named enemies like Captain Meat Hook and Fish Face. Or, perhaps most likely, it's the amounted absurdity of an action game (that should be a roller derby game) about people on roller skates saving the world in a somewhat traditional yet player-friendly manner. Whatever it is, a quick game of RollerGames, ridiculous as it may seem, is a great way to kill some time.
Video Games (Sep, 1991)
The graphics and music are both solid, but the drawback here is the difficulty, as navigating many of the traps/pitfalls successfully requires very precise movement/timing, and even a slight miscalculation/error can lead to death. Still, it’s a technically sound game with some decent graphics and sounds, and may be worth a play or two until the difficulty overwhelms.
Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM) (Sep, 1990)
Rollergames is segmented in the same manner as any of Konami's blockbusters, with great graphics, smooth scrolling, and Bosses. What the game lacks, however, is a sense of purpose. It ends up short, with little of the Double Dragon-style action it is trying for.
Play Time (Nov, 1991)

Given Konami’s acclaimed track record of non-stop greatness, Rollergames is an incredible disappointment. Sorry, Mr. Commissioner. You should have chosen a competent rescue squad.
