While not a deep title by any means, Short Order/Eggs-plode! is a quick, enjoyable arcade experience that justifies the Power Pad’s existence more than Street Cop ever could.

If you want to get some exercise than this is probably not the best Power Pad game but if you are looking for pure fun then this is a good bet. Both games are addictive and are unique since there’s no other game like them on the NES. This game is a great value since it has two very fun games on it. In my opinion this is the best Power Pad Game Pak.

Short Order/Eggsplode! is designed for kids, but it can be enjoyed by the entire family. These games are fun (not to mention exhausting) and can transform the living room from a passive environment into an interactive arena.

It starts out slowly but eventually gets out of control as the foxes place not just bombs but also eggs which the player must avoid stomping on, or else they lose a life. This is tough given the controller and rapid foot placement/stepping needed. It’s more manic than Short Order, and a bit more fun.

While Short Order is a bit of a duffer due to its thin, boring gameplay it's Eggsplode! that steals the show with it's fast-paced action that's guaranteed to get a few laughs. It's the perfect mini-game for a party and it's a good sign when you're having just as much fun watching as you are playing!
