The Video Game Critic (Apr 05, 2008)
World Sports has a world record screen you can view, but unfortunately it's not backed up. While uneven in quality, World Games is always competitive with friends and usually good for a few laughs as well.
Shoddy controls and a mix of dull events such as the Caber Toss and Slalom Skiing hamper a game that should have been a fun two-player experience, as it was originally on the Commodore 64.

World Games’ perfectionist demands might resemble what real Olympic champions have to endure before they even reach the games. At least in the real Games, though, athletes have a chance to win a medal and have their names written in the history books. In World Games‘, the grueling process isn’t worth the payoff.
Wizard Dojo (May 08, 2017)
With some of the most abysmal and baffling controls in video game history, World Games on NES serves as little more than a prank to play on your friends.
