Gaming Nexus (Jan 13, 2009)
Rubik’s World has the right idea, but counter-intuitive puzzles, less-than-helpful instructions and finicky controls make this game more aggravating than mind-bending.
IGN (Nov 25, 2008)
It’s a fun game, and not a bad one to stuff a stocking with this holiday season. Pick this one up for a younger casual gamer that would be not only interested in playing a few puzzle games, but also creating some interesting visuals and music with very “introductory level” editors. Simple, but fun, and worth a look.
GamesRadar (Jan 02, 2009)
That’s the whole package, and it’s more than we expected. You’ll need an appreciation for the cube itself to get the most out of this (and you may want to destroy whoever programmed the chirpy music and decided to call the cubes “cubies” and give them a story) but it’s a solid value for puzzle players.
Game Chronicles (Nov 14, 2008)
The game has some replay value but if you are not into the Rubik type games it may pale after some time playing, as it just does not quite reach that addictive puzzle game status. It is fun and you may find a couple of the games very fun but it just does not make it quite to the levels of a must have game.
