OffRoad is an all terrain racing game focusing on four wheel driven buggies. There is a total of 16 vehicles with 4 stage upgrades each with authentic physics and handling. The cars can be driven in six different locations with four tracks each. There is four different game modes, Drivers Championship, Challenge, Time Trial and Network Play allowing you to compete against five human opponents. To give extra play time conditions (dry, wet or icy) and time (day, night or sunset) can be modified.

The North American version also includes Redneck Rampage characters as commentators.
