Title screen and main menu
There's an animated introduction leading to this image of the first target
The load screen and mission briefing
After another animation which shows our character being parachuted into occupied territory we find ourselves in an attic room
Exploring the building. Press 'F' at a door and if the red hand shows then this door will not open, a white hand means that it will open
Nice shadow. In the lower right is information for our current weapon. we have a machine gun with thirty one bullets in the magazine, a further sixty eight in reserve ans five grenades
We carry four weapons only. Any weapon currently equipped can be replaced with a new one when we find it by pressing the 'F' key. If we come across another weapon of the same type the 'F' key will add it's ammunition to our reserves
There really is a lot of climbing up and down stairs.
We already have this gun but we can take his ammunition
We can shoot, and be shot at, through windows
The game seemed a bit patchy. In some places bodies and their guns disappeared very quickly while in other places they piled up
Remember to look up! The guy on the balcony has done some damage. There's no health indicator in the game and the character does seem to self heal over time.
It is not always obvious where to go. This ventilation passage took some finding
When a soldier is shot, whether by a rifle or a pistol, they fly backwards in true rag doll style. However once they land they look like mannequins, very stiff and undeadlike
This is one of the few occasions where the game uses destructible scenery. After shooting the soldier the planks have to be removed so we can get into the building
Shooting through two windows. The radar thing in the lower left is probably very useful however this version of the game played in Polish, which I do not understand, so I never knew what it was trying to tell me
The start of another chapter
In this bit I think I was supposed to use the machine gun because loads of soldiers attacked my position. I held them off with the rifle and pistol but it was tough
Fighting in the sewers
Here we've sacrificed one of our weapons for a rocket launcher. Maybe we were a bit too close
This is the end of a chapter. Through this manhole we enter the underground bunker. Most wheels like this are red, if they are yellow it means they can be turned
Are we missing some important screenshots?
