Leo’s Fortune was a must play for your mobile devices and now that it’s on the PlayStation 4 it’s still just as much as a fun is as it was when it was released before.

Leo's Fortune goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a 2D platform puzzler. It might be brief and lack replay value, but the adventure that you'll go on with Leo at your side is unforgettably fun and well worth your time.

If you can get past its sometimes underwhelming level design, Leo's Fortune has plenty in its favour. Its captivating storyline, beautiful art design, and satisfying controls will keep you glued to your screen – just don't expect to be there for long.

I had a really good time with Leo’s Fortune but I wonder what a team like this could do with more manpower and technology. For the low price of $6.99 it’s a cute, fun physics-platformer that will last you around 1-2 hours depending if you go back and collect all the cogs and get three stars on every level. It’s not a bad game at all but it doesn’t do much to differentiate itself from countless other physics-platformers. Because of the visual style and tight controls, it’s a game that doesn’t overstay its welcome and acts as proof that there are mobile games worth your time.

So what we have in all is a beautiful platformer with ups and downs (literally and figuratively), a mundane narrative with a good message, and some real difficulty toward the end. The whole game probably only takes about an hour or two to finish (with full game speedruns clocking in at about 45 minutes.

It's not a must-buy, not even for platformer fans, but it's a cute little game that most people can find some fun with.
