Die Hard Trilogy is an incredible value when you consider it consists of three completely separate games, including a third-person shooter, a light-gun shooter, and a driving game. Each of them are of exceptional quality, featuring top-notch graphics and exceptional control.
Finally, a game has been developed that's truly good as the film it's based on. Die Hard Trilogy is one of the finest titles I've seen since I started in the business over a year ago. Fox has gone out and hired Probe to develop a game so amazing that every Playstation owner on God's Earth will undoubtedly buy it.

Fans of Bruce Willis and the Die Hard movies are going to be in PSX heaven with this 3-in-1 package from Fox Interactive. Probe went absolutely nuts with the possibilities for the license and came out producing 3 separate competent and extremely enjoyable diversions. Because each of the three components in the package works so well, I think gamers are going to have a tough time deciding just which of these three installments they enjoy the most. I'd say this is the greatest compliment I can bestow upon the fabulous Die Hard Trilogy.
GameSpot (Dec 01, 1996)
One word of warning, however: All three games are fairly hard, and there's no adjusting the difficulty. That, combined with the outrageous violence (smashing into pedestrians and using your wipers to get the blood off your windshield), makes Die Hard Trilogy inappropriate for young children. For older gamers, though, this is the cream of the crop of console action games, and easily one of the best ever. Yippe-kai-ay!!!

So there you have it, three superb games that, individually, are thoroughly enjoyable and challenging, but combined make a monster movie hit. Whether you’re a fan of the films or simply looking for a grade A PlayStation title to test the mettle of any action fan, Die Hard Trilogy delivers the goods. Fox Interactive has an adrenaline pounding title on their hands, and are guaranteed to make a barrel load of cash and keep happy punters busy for months to come. Live fast, die hard!

Die Hard Trilogy is great. It's also a bargain, with three games in one. So if you don't mind a little blood and carnage, go buy that extra clip for your submachine gun and get ready for some high caliber fun and a death count that makes Rambo look like a pacifist.
GamePro (US) (Jun, 1996)
Fans of the movie will love the premise --- everyone else may find the game a rehash of past titles.
What an awesome deal!
Retro Spirit Games (Oct 02, 2013)
Each game on their own would be an epic fail on the part of the developers, but putting all three together somehow creates a monster that is far better than the sum of its parts. I had Die Hard Trilogy when it first came out and enjoyed it immensely, and now, 17 years later, it is still entertaining me, only this time I find it even more amusing thanks to the shonky and incredibly dated visuals. Die Hard Trilogy will keep you entertained and make you laugh (often for the wrong reasons), which is the exact same thing that could be leveled at the first three movies - and just like those cinematic offerings, it is something that you can come back to time and time again.

Each of these games is good enough to package and sell on its own. This was a great idea by the minds a Fox to give gamers an excellent value for their money. At least one of the three games will appeal to everyone and you will have a good time arguing which game is the best of the trio. All three of the games are long, involved and good. I would have expected at least one dud out of the three, but that's not the case. I think you will be happy with this purchase.

In conclusion, Die Hard Trilogy is one of the best games for the PlayStation. This game is fun, varied, and long enough to last almost a lifetime...or surely a good year! Besides, you're getting three great games for the price of one!
Mega Fun (Sep, 1996)

Some will argue that Die Hard is nothing but pure action, and they're right. But that's what makes it so much fun. Like the movies, it's one adrenaline-pumping sequence after another.
I enjoy Vengence still, but the other two are now tiresome, still I can`t complain, at three for the price of one at least one came up trumps.
Defunct Games (Dec 25, 2016)
I really wish I could fully recommend Die Hard Trilogy. However, having only two of the three games be enjoyable really hurts the package as a whole. It may be worth picking up for fans of the movies if it can be found for dirt cheap. However, it's not the kind of deal for the general public to say "Yippee-Ki-Yay!" over.
