There sems to be a few more versions of this title, according to the add-on description on the developers hompepage, the PC version was originally a coin-op arcade machine.
quote from the add-on courses press release: "In an effort to bring home the exciting game play synonymous with the coin-op version of Golden Tee Golf, Incredible Technologies has taken special care to create three new courses that will thrill veteran and new players alike."
