Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a short visual novel about the 14-year-old girl Lilla Sándor who lives in Keszthely, Hungary. She was raped by a criminal and at the start of the game she discovers she is pregnant. The linear story, with lines of text against static backgrounds accompanied by music, is furthered by clicking. There are several interactive sequences with multiple dialogue options as the player acts as Lilla's conscience, influencing her decisions. Different fonts are used to show if she is thinking or talking out loud. Situations include talking to her mom, her cousin, her psychologist and so on. Lilla asks questions about the player's background and seeks advice about considering adoption, abortion or keeping the child. At the end of the game, similar to several Telltale adventure games, the choices of all players worldwide are shown. At the end the game also provides several links to get informed about 'pro life' or 'pro choice'.
