Atari 2600Woodgrain Wonderland (Oct 08, 2017)
Pressure Cooker is one of my top ten favourite Atari 2600 games. It’s a title that wasn’t appreciated in its time that manages to hold up through the decades with its simple but challenging, addictive gameplay. I don’t think it even has any faults, so I give it an A+ without reservation.

But taken as a whole, Pressure Cooker is ingeniously designed and extremely well programmed. This is one of those quirky games that makes you glad you still have an Atari 2600.

Games like Cooking Mama show us that cooking can be fun, Pressure Cooker only shows us the truth, no matter how hard you try, you're destined to failure. And also that even the master Chefs of Cordon Bleu may find themselves slaving away to a machine designed to make you give up. Some call it the restaurant business. I don't think I could disagree. Still the best 50 cents I've ever spent on video games.

It's quite an enjoyable game if you like cooking or like little Italian men with a moustache! I find this game has a bunch of replay value and I wouldn't trade it for anything... Except the SwordQuest Blade, or a Jaguar, or a secret prototype Atari game or... well, you get the idea.

Atari 2600Digital Press - Classic Video Games (Sep 25, 2004)
Graphics are fairly detailed for an Atari cart, you can even see the burgers being passed over the flames of the oven before being plopped down on the belt. Ingredients look exactly like they're supposed to and the chef has that cute little mustache. Sound consists of a few "blaps" and "dings" and an annoying tune that keeps repeating over and over and OVER until it makes you want to bang your head into a wall, but other than that minor bit of aggravation, it's a damn fun game.

O famoso mestre cuca está cozinhando e você é seu ajudante. O prato que está fazendo é um delicioso bolo. Você deve ajudá-lo a recheá-lo com maça, laranja e abacaxi.
