Pro Golf: World Tour 2010 is the third main game in Gameloft's Pro Golf series. This entry plays mostly the same as previous editions. It's viewed from behind when taking shots but changes to a top down view when showing the flight path of the ball. A power bar is used to swing with one button press deciding the power of the shot and a second the accuracy. Once the ball is in the air it is possible to add spin to it.

There are three different courses in the game: England, Fiji and USA. The game contains a career mode as well as a free hole mode where any course can be played and an instant play mode where three random holes from different courses are played. It's possible to choose from five real life golfers (Garcia, Singh, Villegas, Furyk and Rose) and each has different ratings. In the career mode, England is available from the start while Fiji and USA are unlockables. For each course there are a number of challenges which the player earns money for completing. The money earned can then be used to upgrade the abilities of the golfer.
