The cover scans and screenshots here both reference the DOS version.

Other sources also seem to list this as DOS only as well.

It can be tricky however due to the 2 other versions of Mixed-Up Mother Goose that exist. Any attempt to cross search Win3.x with this series tends to lead to the 1995 "Deluxe" release.

I was hoping to find if any source or evidence was provided at the time this was submitted.

Or if anyone else could verify a Win3x version. Thanks!

No source was provided upon original submission.

I remember a big deal being made about Sierra's first CD-ROM releases in 1992, which had native Windows support for the first time. We do have this CD - with a 1992 copyright and the "Multimedia PC" logo, which was a Windows-only thing.

If that CD includes the 256-color version (which it probably does, because it was the most recent one in 1992), that's where the Windows version can be found.
