All Game Guide (1998)
The difficulty of the game will depend on who your opponent is. If you play by yourself then the game will be very easy. Wheel of Fortune will appeal to people who like the television show but the load times may still irritate them. Also, it would have been nice if a leader board was included for the top scores but no scores are tracked.

As an accurate representation of the show, the CD does the job, which should please WOF devotees. But anyone expecting more from their Sega CD than what they get for free on TV will be disappointed. Let this Wheel roll by.

Nothing about Wheel of Fortune CD is redeeming, other than the poster that comes with it (it looks exactly the same as the cover) that lets you look at the games that were about to come out. The only way I can recommend this version is if you must have a complete collection of Sega CD games, or if you're such an addict that you need to play Wheel with its relatively short-lived returning champions format. I hate this game, almost on a Pro Quarterback level. But, it feels so good to bash a game I hate, and it feels so good to be back in the swing of things.
