So in my neverending quest to fill in gaps in our credits, I found this profile of Akinori Nishiyama, which says he joined Sega in 1989 and used the pen name LOCKY☆P. It doesn't mention anything credited to "Chiemushi" or "Works Nishi", but titles credited to that name do nicely fill the gap in his credits between 1990 and 1993. This Japanese Phantasy Star dictionary claims that "Chiemushi" is actually Chieko Aoki, which... well, actually makes sense.

All English-language sources I could find simply say that "Chiemushi" and "Works Nishi" were aliases of his, but I can't figure out where that was originally confirmed. Does anyone have any idea? Should I make the appropriate changes to our credits on file, or wait until I can find something more concrete (if ever?).
