    THE GAME

The object of the game is to destroy the Galaxian fleet before they blast your laser base to stardust. You begin the game with three laser bases and score points for each Galaxian destroyed with your laser missiles. You earn extra points for destroying a Galaxian in flight and at 7000 points you receive a bonus laser base.
The Galaxian fleet attacks in waves. Each time you manage to destroy an entire wave another fiercer wave is launched.
Between shots your next missile sits on the nose of your ship. You can destroy an onrushing attacker just by touching him with it. Remember, the Galaxian Commanders who direct the attack are coloured bright yellow - but protecting them are their Red Hornets, Purple Emissaries and Blue Drones. Shoot Hornets only when they're attacking - earn more points that way.

Beware of the Galaxian fleet, for it is fast and strong, and experience in battle. Their warfare includes tricks to divert your attention. They force you to use foresight and caution, along with cunning and skill. The Galaxian fleet attacks in waves, with each wave approaching faster and faster. The warriors' ranks can be identified by the color of their uniforms, blue purple, red or yellow. You must protect your planet from this colorful, but undesirable, invasion.
