Description
Space Invaders Infinity Gene is a new take on the arcade game
Space Invaders.
The game starts off identical to the original game, but quickly begins to evolve as the player scores points and progress through stages, allowing unrestricted movement around the entire screen, automatic rapid fire of multiple types of weapons, and power ups that increase the strength of the player's weaponry.
New enemies also appear, as well as the Space Invaders from the original game, regularly popping up to threaten the player. Bosses also turn up in certain stages, where the player must alternate between attacking and dodging their shots. The game also features a special trick called the
Nagoya Attack, where the player can earn extra points by flying through an enemy shot when it is first fired and transparent.
