After a bungled attempt by the Dirty Bubble to kidnap the heroes to show off for the Super Villain Reunion, Bikini Bottom becomes plagued by hundreds of fiendish Little Dirty Bubbles! SpongeBob takes Mermaidman's utility belt, and becomes THE YELLOW AVENGER - ready to soak up crime!
Players get to use assorted powers of the belt, including Super Speed, Super Strength, Raging Whirlpool, Summon Sea Creatures, and Mermaidman's amazing Water Ball! Rescue residents from Little Dirty Bubbles by navigating fixed perspective 3D outdoor areas!
Explore inside familiar locales such as SpongeBob's Pineapple, The Krusty Krab, The Chum Bucket and more in full 3D, where you can examine, move and take items. But beware, with the Super Villain Reunion in full swing, there's bound to be more villains lurking around... Can SpongeBob put an end to this soapy menace?

TriviaThe pit to the right of SpongeBob's house (with the crashed boat at the bottom) became lovingly referred to as the "Pit of Despair" during development. This nickname came about due to the fact that there always seemed to be bugs occurring within this area!
