At one point during the Imperial Kashyyyk level, you'll come across Ozzik Sturn's trophy room. Amongst the mounted heads in one corner of the room, you'll find someone frozen in carbonite like Han Solo was in The Empire Strikes Back. It appears to be none other than the much-disliked Gungan character from Episodes I-III, Jar Jar Binks.
Starkiller was also supposed to be Luke's last name in the early scripts for Star Wars.
German veteran gamers will take notice of the protagonist's nickname Starkiller. In the late 1980s and early 1990s there was a comic character of the same name published in the German gaming magazine Power Play. Shaak Ti makes an appearance in the game as one of the bosses, but she also made two appearances in the second trilogy. She is in the Battle of Genosis as one of the Jedi attempting to free Obi-Wan, Anakin and Padme, and also appeared in Revenge of the Sith, where she was killed by General Grievious. However, since this death scene was cut from the original version, she was not "officially killed off" and could be used for the game. Her death scene can be seen here
James Earl Jones does not provide his voice talents for Darth Vader in the game. Instead the voice is provided by Matt Sloan (also known as Chad Vader) who depicts Vader's unknown brother that runs a supermarket called the Empire Market. His episodes run on YouTube.
