Temple Topper

Tempel Topper is a simple arcade game. It is set sometime in the past when people tried to appease the gods by sacrificing crop on top of their temples. The player takes control over a man who tries to do just this - but those pesky birds are in the way!

The game is shown from the side and each temple consists of a set of diagonal stairs. The player character automatically moves forward (but the player can choose if he walks up or down) and can only be stopped at the end of each row. The goal is to climb all stars without touching the birds which fly vertically up and down. Over the course of 15 levels (which consist of five stages each), the difficulty rises: the game adds more birds which fly with different speed. In the beginning they are also only present on the middle of the stairs, but later they may fly in different vertical positions. When the player character touches a bird, he has to start again from the beginning of the stage. In multiplayer, the players try to reach the top first.
