Different difficulty levels affect the amount of things the player has control over. Other features include a game editor to modify teams etc. and the ability to upload a photo to use in the game. The game also makes use of presentation such as newspaper reports and TV shows in order to appear more realistic to the player.

German release

Software 2000 rushed the game's German release so much that it was almost impossible to play through one full season because of the incredible amount of bugs. Also, there was no imprint on the CD. It took a few months to patch the game to a playable state.
